Protexin Veterinary Synbiotic D-C Capsules’ highly concentrated prebiotic and probiotic formula means one capsule a day should provide all the support your pet needs. Either give it whole, or open and sprinkle onto food. If you’ve been advised to give your pet a different dose by a veterinary professional, please follow their guidance.  

 

Smarter, biotic-powered pet care for a healthier gut  

The probiotic Enterococcus faecium (DSM 10663/NCIMB 10415) 4b1707 helps promote good bacteria in your dog or cat’s gut microbiome. It’s also designed to survive in their acidic stomach environment, making sure they get the full benefit of the highly concentrated dose contained in each Protexin Veterinary Synbiotic D-C Capsule. 

 

Prebiotics for a diverse, healthy microbiome 

Prebiotic Preplex, a combination of fructooligosaccharide (FOS) and acacia (gum Arabic), helps feed the beneficial bacteria in the gut. This can create a diverse, healthy microbiome, with potential health benefits including better digestion and improved nutrient absorption.

Instructions For Use

  • Give one capsule daily by mouth or as advised by your veterinary surgeon.

  • Capsules can be given whole or opened and the contents sprinkled onto food.

Storage

Synbiotic D-C has a 2 year shelf life from the date of manufacture. Store in a cool dry place.

No. Synbiotic DC is free from Soya.

No. There are no contraindications with Synbiotic DC and other medications (apart from administration timing with antibiotics). This means it is safe to use Synbiotic DC even if your animal is taking other medications.

The capsule can be given whole, hidden in a small tasty treat if necessary. Or the capsule may be opened and the contents mixed in with food.
