When should I use Pro-Kolin+?

Pro-Kolin+ is formulated specifically for pets and animals with digestive upsets due to an intestinal dysbiosis. The ingredients are aimed at normalising the clinical signs typically seen in these situations.

What is in Pro-Kolin+?

Pro-Kolin+ contains probiotics, prebiotics, kaolin and pectin, along with an artificial beef flavouring.  For further information please visit our Pro-Kolin+ product page.

How much should I administer to my animal?

Administer the Pro-Kolin+ as directed by your veterinary surgeon, or alternatively visit our product page for directions for use.

How should I administer Pro-Kolin+?

Pro-Kolin+ contains an artificial beef flavouring which means that dogs love the taste!  Dogs will lick the paste off the end of the syringe – see how much Maisie loves Pro-Kolin+ by watching the video below.

To administer the correct amount of the product use the handy wheel on the syringe plunger.  Rotate the wheel until it is to the right of the number representing the desired quantity to be administered (see diagram below showing the correct and incorrect position for 10ml).

Once the wheel is in the correct position, remove the cap from the end of the nozzle and place the nozzle in the side of the animal’s mouth.  Then depress the plunger fully until the wheel comes in contact with the syringe barrel.
Alternatively, Pro-Kolin+ can be administered by mixing with the animal’s normal food.

How long should I use Pro-Kolin+ for?

Pro-Kolin+ should be used for a maximum of 2-3 days.  If the situation hasn’t improved after this time, it is advisable to contact your veterinary surgeon.
